Baptism and Confirmation records (for Catholic participants) will be asked for, and a Marriage License must be obtained.
If you are a non-Catholic Christian, you will need a copy of your Baptismal certificate. This should be a newly furnished document from the Church in which you were baptized.
If you were baptized or confirmed at Saint Peter's, Saint Kateri or Our Lady of Lourdes, those records must be requested at the Archdiocese of Boston. You can email them at [email protected] or call them directly at 617-254-0100. Please note, that if you are emailing them, you will need to provide them the contact information of the priest and the church at which you are being married.
